By creating an account, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any FastFitHub Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.

• A pharmacy.
• A diagnostic laboratory.
• A financial institution.
• An investment platform.
• An insurance provider.

The Services are intended solely for informational, educational, motivational, and wellness purposes.

5. AI Disclaimer

FastFitHub uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized fitness and wellness recommendations. AI-powered features may include:

• Digital Twin analysis.

AI-generated outputs are estimates generated algorithmically from available information. They:

• May be inaccurate.
• May not reflect your current medical condition.
• May contain errors.
• Should not replace professional judgment.

You remain solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated information. FastFitHub makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

6. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Notify FastFitHub immediately of unauthorized access.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

11. Premium Memberships & Subscriptions

FastFitHub may offer free and paid membership plans. Premium plans may include additional features, including but not limited to:

• Wallet benefits

Subscription features may change over time. FastFitHub reserves the right to introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription plans and associated benefits.

12. Payments

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Payment information is accurate.
• You agree to pay all applicable charges.
• Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

FastFitHub does not store complete payment card information.

13. Refund Policy

Except where prohibited by applicable law:

14. HUBX Rewards & Digital Assets

FastFitHub may provide loyalty rewards, digital points, badges, achievements, or other incentive programmes, including HUBX.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• HUBX rewards are loyalty rewards.
• They are not legal tender.
• They are not securities.
• They are not investment products.
• They are not guaranteed to have monetary value.
• They do not represent ownership in FastFitHub.
• They are not bank deposits.
• They are not cryptocurrencies unless explicitly designated.

FastFitHub reserves the right to:

• Modify reward values.
• Change earning rules.
• Change redemption rules.
• Suspend reward programmes.
• Remove abusive accounts.
• Expire unused rewards where permitted by law.

Attempts to manipulate, exploit, automate, or fraudulently obtain rewards may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of rewards, or permanent account termination.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with the Services is owned by or licensed to FastFitHub. This includes:

• Algorithms
• Digital Twin technology
• FastFitHub Score methodology
• Designs
• Graphics
• Logos
• Icons
• Videos
• Audio
• Databases
• Text
• Documentation
• Trademarks
• Branding
• User interfaces
• Training content

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Redistribute
• Reverse engineer
• Sell
• License
• Lease
• Commercially exploit
• Create derivative works

without prior written permission from FastFitHub.

16. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to FastFitHub. This may include:

• Progress photographs
• Community posts
• Comments
• Reviews
• Workout notes
• Nutrition entries
• Feedback

By submitting content, you grant FastFitHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.

You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the content.
• Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
• Your content complies with these Terms and applicable law.

17. Community Standards

Users participating in FastFitHub community features must comply with the Community Guidelines. FastFitHub may remove content or restrict accounts that violate our policies, including content involving:

• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Discrimination
• Violence
• Spam
• Fraud
• Dangerous fitness advice
• Medical misinformation
• Copyright infringement
• Privacy violations
• Illegal activities

Enforcement decisions are made at FastFitHub’s reasonable discretion.

18. Beta Features

FastFitHub may release experimental or beta features. Beta features:

• May be incomplete.
• May contain bugs.
• May change without notice.
• May be discontinued at any time.
• May not function as intended.

You use beta features at your own risk. Feedback submitted regarding beta features may be used by FastFitHub without compensation.

19. Availability of Services

FastFitHub strives to provide reliable Services. However, we do not guarantee:

• Error-free operation.
• Compatibility with every device.
• Availability in every jurisdiction.

Services may be interrupted due to:

FastFitHub is not liable for temporary interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

20. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers including payment processors, wearable platforms, authentication providers, AI providers, mapping services, messaging platforms, cloud infrastructure providers, and other supported integrations.

Your use of those third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. FastFitHub is not responsible for the products, services, availability, or policies of third-party providers.

21. Suspension & Termination

FastFitHub may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services immediately where reasonably necessary, including where a user:

• Engages in fraudulent activity.
• Misuses AI systems.
• Manipulates rewards.
• Uploads unlawful content.
• Threatens platform security.

• Violates applicable law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Certain information may be retained where required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, security, audit obligations, or dispute resolution.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FastFitHub, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits.
• Loss of revenue.
• Loss of business opportunity.
• Loss of reputation.
• Loss of goodwill.
• Loss of data.
• Device failure.
• AI inaccuracies.
• Workout injuries.
• Nutrition recommendations.
• Service interruptions.
• Reward programme changes.
• Third-party service failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

23. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Exercise involves inherent physical risks.
• Fitness activities may cause injury.
• Nutrition changes may affect your health.
• AI-generated recommendations may not be suitable for your individual circumstances.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using FastFitHub. You are solely responsible for determining whether any exercise, workout, nutrition recommendation, recovery protocol, or wellness activity is appropriate for you.

24. No Warranty

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastFitHub disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of:

• Merchantability.
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Availability.
• Accuracy.
• Reliability.
• Performance.
• Security.
• Compatibility.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will always be available.
• The Services will be uninterrupted.
• The Services will be error-free.
• Defects will always be corrected immediately.
• AI outputs will be accurate.
• Reward programmes will continue indefinitely.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastFitHub, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, expenses, fines, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of another person’s rights.
• Content you submit.
• Fraudulent activity conducted through your account.
• Unauthorized use of your credentials due to your failure to maintain account security.

This obligation survives termination of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

30. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact FastFitHub and make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law. Where legally enforceable, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

31. Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of FastFitHub is lawful within your jurisdiction.

32. Export Controls & Sanctions

You represent that you are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable export control or sanctions laws. You agree not to use the Services in violation of any applicable trade restrictions or export regulations.

33. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from FastFitHub, including:

• Security notifications.
• Account updates.
• Transaction confirmations.
• Legal notices.
• Policy updates.
• Service announcements.

Where required by law, marketing communications will only be sent with appropriate consent, and you may opt out at any time. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

34. Intellectual Property Complaints
